When you use NodeSandbox, we may process technical and usage information such as authorization requests, plan usage, browser and device details, IP address, timestamps, requested origins and domains, runtime diagnostics, errors, and security events.

We also process project files, commands, environment configuration, logs, and other content you submit when needed to initialize and operate the development environment you request.

We use information to provide and operate NodeSandbox; authenticate users and API requests; enforce allowed origins and plan limits; process subscriptions; maintain runtime reliability; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; communicate service information; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance and improve the service where that information can no longer reasonably identify you.

NodeSandbox and its service providers may use cookies and similar browser storage to maintain authentication, remember interface preferences, cache packages and runtime data, protect the service, and support core product functionality.

Clearing browser storage may sign you out, remove preferences, or require packages and runtime assets to be downloaded again.

We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, security, and support providers that process it on our behalf; with administrators of a team account; when you direct an integration or network request; or when required to comply with law and protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

Third-party packages, repositories, APIs, and websites you choose to access from a sandbox operate under their own privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary based on the type of information and how the service is configured.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not place secrets in client-visible files or public API keys.

You may update account and team information, rotate or revoke API keys, manage subscriptions, and configure permitted origins through the available account controls. You may also use browser controls to clear local cookies and storage.

Depending on where you live, law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning personal information. Some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. NodeSandbox is intended for users who can lawfully enter into an agreement for the service and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service and applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when an updated policy is published.
